A Commanding Position

Scottie Resources has exploration rights to approximately 58,500 hectares in the southern portion of BC's Golden Triangle, assembled around the past-producing Scottie Gold Mine and neighbouring Newmont's Brucejack and Cambria Gold Mines' Premier Mill.

The claims sit on the Stewart–Treaty Glacier trend that hosts KSM, Brucejack, Silbak-Premier, Big Missouri, Scottie Gold, and Red Mountain — with the Granduc Road, the Brucejack transmission line, and the deep-water port of Stewart threading directly through the package.

The Rocks That Host the Giants

The package is underlain by late Triassic Stuhini Group volcanic and sedimentary units and early Jurassic Hazelton Group volcanics, intruded by stocks of the Texas Creek plutonic suite — the same geological setting that hosts the district's major deposits.

"One of the most important mineral trends of northwestern British Columbia extends from near the town of Stewart north to the Treaty Glacier."— Nelson & Kyba, 2014, BC Geological Survey
